I thought it was really good. Normally I get bored by training events that last that long but it was a good balance of powerpoint , writing stuff down and role plays. It was interesting and session content was all new to me which made me think. It was better that it was external tutors and I thought Simon was a good facilitator. And to be honest I think a lot more people would benefit from doing that course.
